I’m fed up!!

I feel like my ‘internal box’ ain’t unlimited after all. It’s big yet not enough to fill these ‘things’. All these emulation, stwepid sarcasm and annoyance. They are popping up lately.

I’m so fed up!! Fed up with all these ‘things’. At times, I just feel like shutting the world around me for a day just to (totally) relax. I need to be away from these ‘idiots’ for the sake of my sanity.

Or maybe I’m just rather tired and bitchy.

Traffic jam for other reason

Jalan Tun Razak traffic was in havoc thanks to the drivers at BHP and Shell petrol stations. Reason? They are queuing up for last minute fuel up before the new price, RM2.70 per litre, begins tomorrow.

Upon seeing that, I had a bad feeling that things are getting worse as I’m approaching Seremban highway. There is another Esso petrol station situated right beside the highway, which was most like to be clogged up by cars, motorcycles and lorries. There’s Shell petrol station in Desa Petaling which I think residents there might have major problem just to get into that area.

Furthermore,  as I was driving back along Jalan Kuchai Lama, the traffic was crazy!! Along that road, there are BHP, Shell and Esso petrol stations. They are situated close to each other!! And yes, you guess it right!! They were clogged up with cars, motorcycles and lorries.

Bloody hell..! It took me 1 hour and 15 mins just to reach from KLCC to my home (at Old Klang Road) whereby it takes less than half of that in any other day (and that includes the traffic jam).

Prime lens = No zoom lens

A : Why yours cannot zoom wan?!!

Me : I’m using prime lens

A : Cannot zoom wan??!!

Me : This lens has fixed focal length. Hence, no zoom.

A : Har??!! No lousy wan. How come I see people can zoom like there’s no tomorrow?

Me : That’s different lens than what I have right now

A : ???

For god sake, please do understand that not all DSLRs have zoom lens attached to their bodies. There is this thing called prime lens!! (Click here for more info)

Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM

Bloody hell!! By the way they, non-DSLR users, try to twist/turn to get zooming effect, I bet my Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM gonna spoil soon. Sigh…

Ridiculous price increase

As you may have known, the price of noodles have increased not long ago. Noodles like wantan mee, yellow mee, normal mee and etc cost more per kilogram. However, I find it ridiculous for hawker stalls to increase their price of a bowl of noodles insanely. Now, I’m paying 50 cents more for a simple bowl of noodle in Kuala Lumpur. They are slitting our, the consumers, throats badly.

Come on, an increase of 50 cents per bowl is way too much. I don’t mind if they increase by 30 cents or so. They used to do that last year or so, but why couldn’t they do it again. 50 cents means alot to some of us!! If the hawkers are charging 50 cents more for each and every bowl, they are earning more, indirectly after covering their cost.

This is ridiculous!!

Microsoft Outlook not so smart after all…

For those who are using Nokia’s smartphones, the only programs that your mobilephone synchronize with are Microsoft Outlook or Windows Address Book. Now, I’m talking about those who are using Windows operating system. I’m not too sure about Mac users though. And I bet you are synchronizing your contact list, to do list and etc to the Microsoft Outlook instead of the Address Book..

However, I don’t really like the fact that Microsoft Outlook messes up my contact list. And ironically, I, for one, synchronize all my stuffs to Microsoft Outlook. Well, I’m sort of forced to use it or I’ll be in deep pile of shit near future.

For example of a contact name with two mobilephone numbers and two landline numbers. Upon synchronizing it, you could only view one of each categories in Microsoft Outlook. It is annoying because you will face problems in future when you want to synchro back to your phone, if let’s say your mobilephone reset back to factory settings. So, theoretically, you will lose a handful of contact numbers from a single contact name.

The only way to solve this problem, according to my mate, is that you have to put all those numbers in different categories. Sucky, ain’t it. And the worst thing I have heard is that this problem has been longing since the introduction of Symbian OS.

So, does anybody have a better solution??
